written in the Summer of 2003 This was ‘my’ second poem to poetry.com. It was apparently noticed by some and efforts were made to create an avenue of manipulation. The ability to escape exploitation is not one that all of us possess. Bush was creatively “tricked” by the real powers that be and they do not include “God.” My reclusiveness is required to circumvent the ‘handling processes” that skew direction into another mode that is simply not acceptable. International law will prevail. Without it, there will be hell; on earth, it does not exist elsewhere. For those of you who like to ponder symbolism, the dove represented logic and reason .

2004-mid winter, influenced by a Super Bowl appearance of Beyonce . I’ve had time to ponder the events of the day since that game. It was staged by the DOD. It’s purpose? Make folk feel proud about how far America has come and help the military’s need for the “new ( and ignorant ) recruits” that enable them to continue their madness. They can’t go to war if our citizenry won’t play. George Bush has lied about nearly everything. That’s not slander, that’s truth!

Civics in Transylvania
Welcome ( your honor) to a civics exercise which I hope will act as a catalyst for the removal of the bible from every court under American jurisdiction. While the actual path
in unclear, within the context of these immediate proceedings, the end game will be Judge Robert’s et al. (Assuming he has been allowed to remain on the bench given the unconstitutional nature of his appointment. )
As an American citizen, born at Onslow County’s Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital on the 11th of September , 1955, I possess the full rights and privileges of an American citizen.
You should be able to find a copy of my birth certificate somewhere in this building.
Allowing the bible to be used in any court proceeding is an impediment to the dream of America being all it can be. It, the bible, and it’s very presence in a court of law, is
detrimental to the actual growth and education of America’s many citizens. It’s presence has had an extremely negative effect on this nation’s overall goal to strive for excellence
within and throughout our educational systems. This matter must be resolved now in order for America to move forward. Our country’s present state is one of being mired in religious ignorance. The liberation from such a tragic state begins with the removal of this book from the court system. It’s presence implies an undeserved respect for the many
two dimensional views that are accepted as being truth from God. These views are nothing more than fertile fallacies which hinder the normal growth of human beings,
creating hatred and bias instead of genuine love and concern. It is for these reasons I appear in court today as a representative of many Americans who detest religious
ignorance and this book or the name of God being used in any court. The path toward peace will not tolerate this disrespect to our Constitution and we demand that it be
removed. We who stand with those who’ve fallen are in the right and on Uncle Sam’s side. You are either with us or against the Constitution of the United States of America.
I believe I have the right to protest and to use this court. I believe I have the right to the access of a court bible and I believe I have the right to dismember said book in the
presence of the court, thereby destroying state property that should not be state property and standing trial for same. Whether that trial includes a jury is perhaps up to the court and I welcome your input into how my stated purpose may best be empowered. Troops are dying. The underlying cause of these deaths and the solution for their deliverance,
the end of unofficial, but openly blazon zionism, is in the hands of this court. You are encouraged to heed my words as relevant and worthy of careful consideration. You have
an opportunity to establish yourself as an American who is able to transcend the ignorance many of your professional colleagues share. I am here to help you help them and by doing so help everyone who claims to be an American mature by marginalizing the potential interference of religious ignorance.
(If required I ask the court for a bible that I may honor those who have shed their blood, and died in the service of our country many while actually serving the Constitution of the United States of America. Dissemble bibles here. Court’s as well as red king James.)
The citizens of North Carolina are poorly served by a judiciary that allows a bible, which is a book about tribal Judaism’s fertile fallacies concerning atonement dogma, and nothing more, to dwell in a court of law.
Creationism is a product of primitive fundamentalism. At this time I would like to introduce the opinion from Kitzmiller versus Dover as written by Judge Jones.
Creationism is not allowed in a classroom and the presence of any book about primitive fundamentalism in a courtroom or public building is also unconstitutional.
Your honor, you court has a monkey on it’s back and I am here to help remove the shadowy presence of it’s monkish ignorance. The allowance of the bible in any court of law allows some to think of it is a work of importance, just like the illusion created by those who sought to promote intelligent design. While fiction does play a part in
education, it has no place in a court of law. We are descendants of Bonobo’s and Chimpanzees, not someone named “Adam,” whose wife was alleged to have been cloned
from a rib bone and named “Eve.”
It is important that America’s citizens learn the truth about primitive fundamentalism and that begins with a simple lesson that clarifies the difference between a theocracy and a democracy. No conservative interpretation is required. The bible is a work of fiction and has no place in any state or federal court of law. It is superstitious nonsense that does not deserve the time of day. So long as it is in your court, or any court in the State of NC, you are in contempt of the US Constitution’s establishment clause. Trafficking in this
undefined ‘impropriety’ simply can no longer be tolerated. The allowance of any religious book, makes anemic the blood shed defending the Constitution and again I say, it can no longer be permitted. As an American citizen I have the right to place the state’s contempt for the US Constitution before my own, regarding the traffic citation. The issue will be noted and addressed before I accept or respect the judiciary’s angst at my civil protest (citation) which highlights the President’s total disregard or respect for
US and international law. ‘Extraordinary rendition’ will be recognized as part of the state’s ignorance in the latter matter. “The bus has to stop for the stop sign.” The
President and Vice President are guilty of torture, first degree murder and high treason.
Very few Americans would be comfortable going into a courtroom and seeing the judge or district attorney bring a Koran to the front of the room to be “sworn in.” Why? For
some the answer would be that they have ‘been told’ the Koran is a source of evil belonging to a counterfeit faith. They, these reborn Americans, only traffic in truth and
the koran’s “got no game.” For the record, the bible’s got no game either. That’s why religious ignorance must be dealt with in the homeland first. (Transylvania’s included.)
I know I learned the pledge of allegiance to the flag first, because I’ve never memorized those ten suggestions than many believe came from a talking bush that also had some
special pyrotechnic effects going on to imply a supernatural revelation. Secularism is not concerned with the make believe of hyperbole. Creation in six days has no relevance in a civil society. Getting a long with your neighbor should though. How many of you are inclined to be disturbed or angry when I say the story about a ‘six day’ creation is make believe? Can you see my ridicule of your faith is no different than your ridicule of the koran. Do you see the circle? We have reached a time when it can no longer be allowed to remain unbroken. We must break the cycle.
How many of you would laugh if someone stood up, in the courtroom and said “I’ve been saved by the blood of a rabbit,” *? Would you think they were crazy as a loon? But when you say you’ve been saved by the blood of a dead man, we’re supposed to join in and shout hallelujah? (*Kudos to Watership Down, by Richard Adams) Suppose you were
asked to swear in on a book that had a story in it that said ‘you could be saved by believing in the blood’ of that very same rabbit? It’s okay for some of you to chuckle.
You won’t go to hell. Why? There is no hell. That’s another story with clever hyperbole created to scare the children into behaving.
Christianity is a cult, just like all the others the many pastors tell their flocks to stay away from. What they are not told is that they should consider leaning to their own understanding and stay away from the idiocy of christianity too! Removing the bible from American courts, coupled with the cessation of it’s usage in all ceremonies will help to
remove the ignorance that has built a wall around some folk and their ability to actualize common sense. It’s still okay to believe in the power in the blood of a rabbit, or whatever, just do it in the privacy of your own home or place of worship. That’s the path to peace. Now is the time to remove the bible from the classroom, otherwise we continue to dumb down our children by claiming make believe to be truth when it is not.

People who drive usually have two choices regarding the type of transmission an automobile will use for it’s mobility. One requires that we manually shift gears using a
clutch and the other we call an automatic for obvious reasons. Many like the convenience of simplicity that an automatic provides. Some like it so much the tell folk that it’s a sin to drive any other way. Why would they say such a bizarre thing? They read it in a book, a book that says everything in the book is truth and must be swallowed “hook, line and sinker.” Why do they think this? That book says that’s the way it should be and not to ever question the book. The book becomes an illusion of divine influence even though it has nothing to do with the divine. The book becomes an idol, worshipped without question, because the book says that asking questions is a sin. An example would be a verse from the book that says “Lean not unto your own understanding” because if you do, the devil will lead you astray. Why do people believe in a devil? Because the book says there is one.
It’s all nonsense and should not be in any court (of law) that seeks to discern truth. Why is there one in this courtroom today? Contempt for the Constitution of the United States
of America, and the desire by those that allow it’s presence to overthrow the Constitution by using the book to legislate religious phobias under the guise of conservative interpretation.

A redux Synopsis
Synopsis : a condensed statement or outline : abstract (MWCD)
We all communicate differently and my background is far different than those who normally address the court with their professional experience. I am comfortable framing
points with conversational dialogue.
Granddaughter : GrandPa, the state of North Carolina spends a considerable amount of time and money dealing with the issue of drug usage, by encouraging it’s citizens to just say ‘no’ to inebriation and ‘yes’ to sobriety. How do they make it difficult to say ‘no’ to religious ignorance?
GrandPa : They allow a bible to be in the courtroom, the primary source for global homophobia, et al.
Just say no to ‘homophobia.’ It comes from religious fiction which attempts to validate it’s self with state law or desire for an amendment which ‘violates’ as an unconstitutional
establishment of religious phobia. Why? There’s a bible in the courtroom and in the minds of ‘bastard jews*’ , those folk who deludes themselves by calling each other
‘christians.’ A ‘Pope’ has said christians are new and improved ‘spiritual jews.*’
We should be Americans if we claim this land to be our home, respect the Constitution and leave the bible out of the court and public service. If you want to be a christian, keep
it separate and out of politics and government. Democracy is meant to be secular in nature, not an arm of religious ignorance or entities that claim to know what they
obviously do not. (How to love one another without the bloodshed and grotesque hostility toward one another, the attributes that seem to go hand in hand with all who respect thedoctrine of atonement.) Can someone who boast of being a ‘war president’ honestly say “Christ changed my life?” George Bush seems to think so. Son’s of God make peace with tough love? That sound like a bastard jew to me or at least something other than a human being.
Maybe he’s another ‘anti christ’ after all, but playing with a whole different set of rules.
